Which credit cards do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted for payment of shopping cart orders through the internet. These cards can also be accepted for telephone orders. Please call between 9am & 9pm.Back to Top

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If the order has already been sent please accept delivery of the item and call us at 800-798-4579 during business hours for return instructions. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it takes 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will credit your charge card or allow a credit for a future order. Please call 800-798-4579 and tell us what you are returning.Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Most of our items are on of a kind, so if 2 people want the same piece on will be disappointed. We try to mark items SOLD so this doesn't happen. If we can not ship an item, you will get any credit to your charge card.Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if you are a resident of Iowa. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to ship your order the same day we receive it. Large orders might take an extra day. UPS ground from Iowa is 3 days to most of the United States, but portions of the East and West Coast will take an extra day or so.Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes, but it is best to handle this by telephone. Please call 800-798-4579 between 9am & 9pm to place your order and arrange for Postal Shipment.Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
That one is simple. Shipping is FREE within the U.S. In most cases, outside the U.S. and rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
